Durants dominance in the playoffs is really starting to make Westbrook look like the weak

And maybe the best player in the game was just on the wrong team this whole time. No doubt Westbrook and Durant are two of the greatest but one wanted one thing which is individual stats and the other wanted a championship. So it looks like everyone will get what the wanted in the end.
I'm also a big Lebron fan so I'm not just pumping sunshine for Durant. He's a frickin beast.

Its always been evident that durant is the much better player. Westbrook is the kinda guy you want on your squad if you wanna pull for a guy w a triple double average but if winning a lot of games is what you want you can do much much better.

He definitely was on the wrong team. He's his best when he's playing angry and aggressive and trying to murder folks.
IMO, his personality doesn't allow him to do that unless he's comfortable knowing his team is GOAT level.

The biggest problem as I saw it in OKC was that Westbrook was the dominant personality, but the second best player. That just doesn't work unless the best player's also a dominant personality. To use an example, what would the Bulls have been like if Pippen was the dominant personality and MJ was the beta? Personalities have to mesh.
Every team has to have a hierarchy. You can't be ball dominant when Kevin Durant is your teammate.

Compared to Durant, he is the weak link of the two. And in terms of wanting a championship more? That goes to Durant also.

KD has been pretty established in the top 3, above Westbrook by the vast majority of fans, I'm pretty confident in saying that.

I don't agree with the OP, but I do think the Westbrook's style makes it very difficult for him to ever win a title.
It was the same with Iverson. They are so ball dominant, you really can't run an effective offense. It's a one man show. That works ok in the regular season and can get you deep into the playoffs but once you face a true "team" you're screwed. Four guys standing around watching one, will never truly work.
