I read an article from a Pitt blogger that compared watching the state of the program to seeing a car plow into a storefront, shift into reverse, then plow backwards into another storefront.

Ouch. Game break from Penn St game showed the Pitt shank with the announcer saying Chris Blewitt lives up to his name!

Feel bad an announcer said what we were all thinking

Back when Pitt was really down in the mid 90's, an assistant coach at Carnegie Mellon once claimed to me that Pitt was sporting 15-20 players who wouldn't even make their team.

Ole Miss was so dumb when they fired him. Expecting him to replace Eli Manning overnight. Guess it eventually worked out
