Nothing wrong with this from my perspective. If there were two dominant teams then Oregon would have no shot. Texas was going to play the SEC Champion ALL SEASON long last year and in the current format, teams like us would have no shot if that scenario was playing out this year.

Any team other than a mid major will still have earned their NC this year.

That's my prediction. The computers will really like Auburn's win and Oregon was rated 8th by the computers last week. Auburn will probably be the #1 team according to the computers and Oregon will stay outside of the top 5 as a win against UCLA won't be enough to move up at all.
