I mean he has nothing to lose. If they suspend him he just retire. Hes having the best season of his life. I think he might be.

I'm sure he did in the past despite his denials.
With repercussions I don't think he is now but who knows, putting those numbers up makes you wonder why he is retiring.
I think the parts around him are a lot better this year with Boegarts and Betts starting to play really well and Ramirez is helping protect him too.
He's seeing better pitches than last year. Red Sox have a much better offense this year.
