Wes had one major injury. Rose has a major injury every time he steps into the court

Better history of coming back from a knee injury than Achilles. And rose is younger.

Nothing he said was wrong. I agree with it.

But if it were coming from a guy that had played hurt and hadn't missed close to 3 full seasons of basketball, then it would be different.



He's not really in a position to suggest hes gonna try to maximize his dollars, because from an investment POV, whh should someone invest in him

Nothing wrong with what he said that is posted in the OP. The issue I have, when you listen to the full interview, is when he talked about doing what's best for his son when he makes $20 million per year. He talks about how they are "comfortable" now but always looking to the future. Just rubs me the wrong way when athletes start talking like "I need to put food on the table for my family." Maybe I'm being irrational. I don't know. Just bugs me.
