James Jones has made him unnecessary. They'd be selling way low though.

See that's why I think this will end up being a bad deal for Jersey, NJ has it made clear they're hungry to win but still can't seem to convince anyone to play there.

Looks like Paul is next. You know he'll want a trade now more than ever.

2011 Free Agents (some have since signed extensions)
Out of that list, players like Tayshaun Prince, Shane Battier, Glen Davis, Mo Williams, Zach Randolph could all help New Jersey. However, there aren't really any free agent superstars out there this offseason. The end of the 2011-2012 season there will be though.

I think what New Jersey needs more than anything else is a coach with credibility to make it more attractive
But really there's no one I can think of that would fit that bill.
Phil is not going to start over in cold weather with the Nets. Riley has relocated to a different superior franchise with warm weather
Even Popovich kinda guys have landed in nicer weather

Well, they could always hire Jerry Sloan. Oh, wait...

Why? Besides LA, Dallas and Utah, all the talent has gone to the East.
I keep hearing everyone say that Dwight Howard will end up a Laker. If that happens, I will probably stop paying attention to the NBA all together.

Rumor is that DWill had some conversations with the Knicks over the break and the Utah brass was so furious that they traded him to the Nets as soon as possible.

I don't blame them. They got a good deal out of Joisey without having to go through all the same bullshite as Denver.
