“My son already ate his arse up twice,” Aaron Fox says of Lonzo Ball. “[LaVar] can say what he wants to say. I just tell him to go back and watch the film. That’s it. All that yap, yap, yapping, I don’t even got to respond to that. We played them twice. Twice his son got outplayed. I always tell [De’Aaron], let your game speak for it. You ain’t got to talk. You ain’t got to fuss.”

Fox doesn't need to talk, his dad will do it for him. Same as Lavar...

So will teams have a hesitation to draft Fox because of his dad now?

Care to discuss the NCAA Tournament then?

And there's a big difference in speaking out once (Fox has also commented on it as well) because he's tired of hearing the constant BS from LaVar.

sure. Fox outplayed him. How badly he outplayed him is wildly over exaggerated, but fox played better than he did

And he's done it twice. And when the Lakers requested a one on one between the two, the Balls were the ones to shoot it down when Fox was more than willing to do so.

Why do you think that is?

Because Ball is the higher rated player

an elite prospect wanting to have a solo work out. That is absolutely unbelievable. I mean that literally never happens ever

I believe he had already had a workout with the Lakers at that point.

Are you really going to act like Leaf and Hamilton had absolutely nothing to do with a 5 point victory in Rupp?

that game was going to be close to a double digit game until some random arse shite went down in the final 60 seconds to make it closer

And yea, lonzo in the 2nd half played really well in that game.
Leaf had a strong game as well

Fox is a great kid. I think Ball could be a good kid too, but he needs to keep his father at arms length.

So because Lonzo had one good half out of four between the two meetings, I'm supposed to be convinced he didn't get outplayed both times? He did.

Leaf, Hamilton, and Alford also carried UCLA in the NCAA Tournament matchup. Leaf and Hamilton were incredibly consistent in both games. Fox was consistent in both games.
