Good to see that Valbeuna/Fowler deal benefiting both teams early this season

Looks like a good win last night! I was asleep by the bottom of the 2nd 4am comes early.

@Nick_Mathews: #Astros' Chris Carter through 11 games:

2015 - 3-for-40 (.075), 0 HRs
2014 - 6-for-38 (.158), 0 HRs

2014 overall: .227, 37 homers

Is that supposed to be his way of putting sugar on a shite sandwich?

These west coast games really suck, don't think I'll see the end to many of these this season. I made it to about the 3rd inning before falling asleep. Glad to see we won though.

I made it to the 6th before passing out. I have escaped the wrath that a loss would have brought, though.

I was out after the 4th inning. I'm worthless at work without at least 7 hours of sack time.

I really do like this team though. From Marisnick to Valbuena to Will Fricking Harris, this is going to be a really fun team!

My favorite part of the season is NOT having to watch Qualls pitch the 9th inning. Hopefully we can develop a couple of more power arms to help the bully by mid/end of season and one of the hitters can come up and help in the lineup…hopefully Tucker/and or Singleton.

Fingers Crossed on Appel…hopefully he has figured it out and can come in and fill a rotation spot by mid-year.

My favorite sequence of the game happened early.

Double by Marisnick
Sac bunt by Altuve
Sac fly by Valbuena

Finally starting to manufacture a few runs
