What that lineup tells me is that he’s gonna put Brantley at cleanup again instead of 2nd.

Probably bat the lefties back to back also instead of putting Maldy 8th, just to grind my gears.

Tuve has a much more pronounced uppercut to his swing presently

I can’t imagine someone attempted to change his swing for more power, but he is definitely rolling over and not going w the pitch

Swing fastball high in the zone, foul
Swing curveball in the zone , groundout to third

That’s 17 of the last 20 pitches he was swung

8 of the 20 have been strikes

Now a 5 min inning for the Rockies. I’ll start looking for something to watch at 9 pm.

I do think Ded has the highest exit velo on foul balls for an Astro

Maldy would be 2nd

Gave away a run himself with a Punch and Judy lineup behind him. Not good, Cotton.

Maybe Frambar is in the zone too much now?

Yep. Idiot had 3 fielders on that side w one in perfect line to make the play, then still had time to make the play and threw it away

RIP Good Framber. As well as he's been pitching, I was waiting for it to completely fall apart on him.

I haven't watched a single inning of any game that doesn't involve the Astros, so I really don't know...but who would win a Gold Glove over Carlito at SS right now?

Yea honestly hopefully Altuve can take some confidence out of that AB. Nice job to work it back to full and then hit it kinda hard.

But like you were saying earlier it’s bizarre how he’s fouling off pitches up in the zone. He’s smoking them directly into the ground at its feet. Doesn’t make any sense how he can’t find an adjustment to make
