We might get a Marwin Gonzales level player for Cosart. not worth it at this point. his potential upside is worth continuing to develop in my opinion.
I love how these sites have rumors that the astros are talking trades with Cosart yet none of them can site any actual trades (teams/players to be traded for)

My point is I would rather hold on to Cosart than ship him off for another useless borderline major league bat. There's already enough of those on this team and I think Cosart contributes more value than someone like a Tyler Colvin.

Deahields has not been real good and he's still at AA ...still young though . We need a plus bat if we trade JC or don't trade him it all

And before being traded, Hammels was actually really solid. Not sure what has gotten into him, but having him as a 6th man, odd start kind of guy is a nice luxury to have.

Cosart doesnt have much value. As big of a douche as he is, keep him, try to knock him down a few pegs, but develop him. I just wish he wasnt such an asshat because he does have a lot of upside.
