I don't need to explain the situation, we're all well aware. Battle of the aces tonight.

Happy Yusday, Astros fans.

Good luck tonight. Unfortunately, it seems as though any time Yu starts these days I'm slammed in the evenings.

The new normal. Expect to lose to the Rangers in frustratingly awful fashion. Be pleasantly surprised if that doesn't happen.

Oh it's warranted.

Hopefully Fister can continue to throw up quality innings. I still have a little bit of faith all it takes is one win against these buttholes to get maybe a little bit of confidence back in that stadium.

God they need it. If anything, these losses have taken a giant shite on confidence. A walk off after a blown lead and 2 strikeouts with the tying run on 3rd to end the game. With a thousand double plays mixed in. I'd love nothing more than to jump all over Yu and get out to like a 7-0 lead in 3 innings. Enough of these close heartbreakers.

One positive is that they probably wont push Yu this early in his return. He more than likely doesn't make it past 6 IP unless he is owning the Astros with 10 pitch innings. Think around the 80 pitch mark will be when they start monitoring him (he went 88 pitches in 5 2/3 last outing). If we can manage one inning early in which we force him to work, he might be out early. And hasn't Dyson closed us out the last two games? If so, they may be without their closer tonight too if they don't want him throwing 3 straight nights (should the need arise).

Every small advantage, fellas.

Thanks dude. I was just in the local RiteAid and ran into AJ Hinch... he was restocking up on his rebellious teenager purple eyeshadow and stripper pink lipstick.

Soooo... we're all set for tonight.

VV threw 2 pitches for Philly today and left due to injury.

Poor VV. I think he was always a ticking time bomb, injury wise.

Besides, Ken Giles says Ken Giles is better than him anyway.

Damn I feel bad for him. He has regressed a little bit recently but was still having a great year

It's definitely not Hamels. He's been getting crushed at least once per game. 10 home runs in 10 starts.

Any of you Houston baws going tonight? I'll be there
