Now I'm starting to wonder if you're some caig bro slow play alter. No self respecting Astros fan could accept those terms

I would rather ban myself for a week, basically.

Just trying to show the DAT some respect.

Even though you f*ckers only produced 4.5 pages in Saturday's 7-1 win over the MLB Sweethearts.

El Campo:

How dare ye question the sacred rules.

First, playoff baseball (CWS) supersedes the regular season...especially when this thread is comprised of Aggies and Tigers living in harmony (which is no small feat)

Second, never start a thread unless you are prepared to deliver each day of the win streak

Third, you can't blame folks for maybe taking a break from posting with 4 replacements in the rotation.

For your punishment, you shall be cast into the snake pit.

Not when the Astros have a 45-23 record.

When the Astros have a 45-23 record, yes, I can.

So what if a thread one day was only 5 pages long? Is it seriously a surprise that maybe a lot of the posters just had other plans that day/night and couldn't post in it? shite happens. Not every single DAT is going to have 30+ pages every day. I try to talk Astros baseball with yall as much as I can, but some days I may not be able to. Even though it was your duty to post yesterday's DAT and you should have done so, I definitely forgive you for it. It's not that big a deal.

We are letting the tough times divide us. As the great Ben Franklin once said, "We must, indeed, all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately"

Campo has accepted his punishment, despite deflecting blame. We can move along now.

Thank you.

I did have 625 posts in my 6/17 DAT thread. Of course, the majority of those posts were from Sunday Night. Astros fans did show up for that one.

I like the Astros more than LSU Baseball. That's just me.

Was definitely disappointed that the DAT was 4.5 pages long on Saturday, when we were crushing America's new Bandwagon MLB team, but I will get over it.

We all should have made at least a page of posts a piece on a Saturday night with LSU also playing in the College World Series. SHAME ON US ALL.

Interesting news related to the trade market:

#Yankees announce Gleyber Torres has a torn ulnar collateral ligament in left elbow. Needs Tommy John surgery. Out rest of the year.

Does that take him as a big chip off the table...or put him een more on the table (since he is a position player, not a pitcher)?

Na, he's supposed to be ready by ST 2018, he's still a valuable trade commodity.

And it was his left elbow, he's a righty

That gif.

I've had that exact same slack-jawed, eyes glazed over expression for the past month. Having twins got me all fouled up.
