After a 16 inning walk-off victory, the team travels to Bawston for 4 games.
Fun fact 1: 489 pitches were thrown in yesterdays game
Fun fact 2: That's 7 consecutive quality starts posting a 2.30 ERA (4-3)
Todays pitching matchup:

Just wait until you have to go against our ace, Steven Wright.
Wait, he's not the guy making 305890581905819598.00 per year?
FML.

Good pitching matchup right here

I approve this message.
Also, are we seriously considering Bregman for any kind of call to the big leagues this year or is next year the earliest it would be considered.
If you missed it, he hit another homer last night in Corpus

Have you seen our centerfielder who's helmet travels further than the ball in most of his ABs?

We're a bad baseball team. We make aces out of Jabronis and start Jabronis we call aces.

He needs to be getting reps in the OF or at 3B

They really need to win 3 or 4 on this trip and then have a big home stand. Price will probably have his best outing of the season tonight and we already know Sale will probably strike out 18 or so next week, so the other 5 games are going to be big.

I believe Mr. Breglesworth will need no more than a week of practice to play left field. It ain't rocket science. But 3B is another matter.

That's shirt-worthy right there.
Print 'em.

I give you tiger ryno and others props. Yall think the Astros suck and are still watching. That's dedication. Although if I remember correctly yall were bitching last year as well.

If he continues to only play SS I think it means they don't have him in the plans this year.

Bregman is not going to Houston this season. He's played 20 or 30 games at AA. No need to rush. He will have a chance in spring next year or be an early call up if he doesn't get packaged this year or in the offseason.

They were a .500 team after the first month of last season, almost blowing a playoff spot. It was kind of frustrating. Besides, being positive all the time or ignoring the negatives is fantasy land.
The future is still bright.

If the right changes are made. We cannot waste the primes of El scorpion...GS and Correa and Mccullers over the next 4 to 5 years.

In a perfect world Rasmus will be one of our worst hitters in 3 years. Catcher spot is going to be the worst for awhile I assume

Price has been terrible so far this year, meaning he's going to throw a 2 hit shutout against the Stros
Posted on 5/12/16 at 10:41 am to Jwho77
Price has been a jabroni this year, so maybe he can use this start to get back on track.
That being said, this offense is firing on all cylinders.

Castro has improved his approach the past couple weeks. He will be fine.
Valbuena and gomez and 1B is killing us.
KEMP is ready. He would be an instant improvement in CF or LF over gomez. Bat on ball and quality at bats is what's needed. Hit him 9th and let him get on base for El scorpion. They need to make this happen.
