Probably going to be a Hoyt/peacock rescuing day if he doesn't get quicker outs.

I want him to succeed since he has everything needed to be a good starter except a go-to pitch. Maybe it's the curve ball he needs to ride with.

Damn. Springer had three good pitches to hit and couldn't square them up.

Wish Beltran could carry momentum from one game to another. Looked like absolute shite on that at bat.

Sure hope Marwin can keep it up. Worried his injury might change his approach at the dish.

I think I'm starting to figure Musgrove out better. Dude needs to focus less on a strike out pitch and more on a ground ball inducing attitude. That's my working theory.

2 one-pitch outs and a 10 pitch out.

Right now I think Musgrove lives in the middle of the plate too much to pitch to contact. If he can get his command fine enough where he's on the edges then I agree.

He's not off to a very good start this season. Can't let the bottom of the order get on for free.

Trading for two starters would be nice.

Garbage. Musgrove needs stop sitting next to Mike fiers in the dugout. We need two starters and a reliever.
