YFPHA conclude this abbreviated homestand looking to sweep the Barves. Then, things gonna get real, but the Barves gonna leave Minute Maid like:

How did Gregorsen look last night? I was unable to watch when he came in. Was he still hitting 87-88 on the radar gun?

1-2-3 8th. Slider looked MUCH better than in his recent outings.

I'm a Braves fan and not really expecting to be a real contender until 2019. I think the only way I'll watch the World Series is if the Astros and the Cubs face off. Dammit that would be fun to watch.

frick the Cubs for 2003 and frick the Astros for 2005, however...

Maybe Garcia will perform a little better than our 43 year old, 250lbs pitcher from the night before.

Our pitching is hot garbage.

Another semi-productive afternoon of watching the game on my second monitor at work

Outside of that first inning batting practice, he didn't do half bad. I was impressed with his outing from that point on. Everyone has a bad day at the office now and again.

But hey, better to get ripped by the best team in the league than any other. Geaux Stros

Things to know for this game

• At 22-11 after winning Tuesday's opener, 8-3, the Astros matched the 1973 club for the best start in club history.

• Astros second baseman Jose Altuve is hitting .474 against Garcia in 19 at-bats.

• This marks only the second season matchup between the Braves and Astros since Houston joined the AL in 2013. In their last series, in 2014 in Houston, the Braves claimed a 2-1 edge.

We have the highest average ERA in the entire MLB. Colon is 1-4 with a 7.22 ERA. Fire them all.

Colon weighs at least 300. There's no way he is only 250.

How did you Houston fans survive 2009-2014?

Asking for a friend.

Enjoy the small wins, follow your prospects like crazy. Makes it fun when the big ones get called up. But yeah, the 100+ loss seasons were brutal.

Yeah man growing up in 90s as a Braves fan was pretty awesome. Our offense is looking pretty darn good right now but our pitching is giving up so many runs.

Our DAT threads were very similar to how the ATL threads are today. 90% about how prospects are doing and mostly following the minor league teams

It makes you appreciate the good times that's for sure
