Not really a DAT poster, but my vote would go to tickfawtiger. That guy makes me want to punch my computer anytime he posts about the Astros, and he says he is a "fan" of the team.

That guy is nothing but a ticket scalper. He's upset because his tickets that he had aren't worth anything right now.

He does the same with LSU tickets.

So basically, he's that scumbag you see on the side of the road selling tickets for 120% markup. frick that guy.

I'll reply in this thread later. Too much to say and too little time.

I think we all know, outside of Tickfaw, who is the undesirable DAT poster of the year.

Springer has to be the MVP. They didnt threaten anyone until he started to heat up.

What's ironic/funny about that is that's how I picture him. Every single post, that's how I "hear" him.

Any team whose strategy is wait till our prospects come up is destined to fail. Most prospects don't pan out.

Astros were at their best when their farm system was steadily pumping prospects into the big club.

This club was a dumpster fire from top to bottom. The solution was not to go spend a bunch of money. Thats what they did to get themselves into the dumpster fire.

I'll give them this season. It aint going to happen overnight. If they don't add some key vets in the offseason/next year and keep up the "wait til our prospects pan out" stance, or worse start trading promising people at the deadline, I think everyone has a right to be pissed.

Let's stop arguing and let's start talking about this week's toilet series between the two worst teams in the AL.

Springer has been incredible since coming up but you have to give it to Altuve. Leads the league in hits and SBs

If we sweep the Rangers we can tie them for 4th in the division

If you did that you would be ahead of them.

Will Astros' fans consider this season to be a success if the team finishes 4th (given how the Rangers have returned to garbage, like a dog to its own vomit, that's a possibility)?

I trust the plan too. I also agree on not spending money on free agents if you're still going to finish under .500, so I give him a pass for not spending more money this past offseason. I may not give him a pass this next offseason though because I expect the Astros turnaround from mediocrity to begin next season.

I would consider not losing 100 a success, but hey if the Rangers want to finish behind us it's always nice to have something to give Rangers fans shite about

Sweep the Rangers? After 7 straight losses, let's just worry about not getting swept ourselves.
