Other people agree with me so you're dumb

By the way dumbasses, Adams was getting pushed back when Trevathan hit him coming back toward the play. To say he wasn't stopped is mind numbingly stupid.

Sure looked like it. Just my opinion though

Travathon is in the tackling motion and Adams is still moving. Hes may be wrapped up be Adams is not stopping. You just can't police that. If Travathon stops and Adams breaks that tackle somehow and scores y'all would be on here calling him a clown.

Truth is his momentum wasn't stopped. At least not long enough.

trevathon should have seen that adams was stopped and getting pushed back and if he wanted to get in on the hit, should have just wrapped adams up and continued to push him back or try to bring him to the ground. if he does that, at worst people are complaining about him being a little late and its a borderline penalty that may not have even been called

Let's take an IQ challenge. I'll wager $10,000 (I can donate to the charity of your choice if you prefer)

It's pretty obvious that you both went to boarding school and at some point in your life watched a real game of football.

As you're arguing with people with substantially less intelligence that are upset about something that was not only routine 12 years ago but was the main attraction

You can still tackle without using your helmet as a ram.

I'm not assuming anything. Look at the photo I just posted. He's locked in on his chest. He was trying to blow him up, and again, there is no excise for going in with the crown of his helmet like that. He wasn't trying to smoke him right under the chin strap though.

You say this, and then assume his intent in the next couple sentences.

But it's whatever.

Really the only difference is I both played football and watched it during the 20th century.

Agree and said as much. Going in with the crown is wrong, but per usual West Coast Ag is over reacting. He Adams was still moving and Trevathon wasn't aiming for his head when he was preparing to tackle. Adams head moved into 'his line" for lack of a better term after the point of no return.

i literally said i wasnt commenting on that because i understand that its difficult for defensive players when offensive players lower their head angles out of nowhere all the time

So I like my chances even more given what you think is still ok, despite virtually everyone who watched the play finding objectionable. I'm sorry for the concussions you surely caused and suffered.

Well I guess we're really all assuming, but I posted evidence that backs up what I said. Trevathon is obviously keyed in on his ribs in the picture. His body angle and where his eyes appear to be give no indication that he's anywhere near the head if Adams.
