Dabo what a scrub. I knew with his resume before he got the Clemson job he was not ready for the big time.

He's not a Top 10 coach. He's a Top 5 coach. He has surrounded himself with some of the best coaches in football, specifically Morris and Venables. He can recruit with the best of them. He grew up poor white trash and you better believe he can relate to a black mama from the Deep South whose son is their way out of poverty.
The guy turned a football team that was a 7-5 or 8-4 program throughout the 1990's and 2000's and has them winning BCS bowls, ACC titles and a national title. I hate Clemson, but Dabo is as good a coach as there is sans Nick Saban and Urban Meyer.
