Did they hire him. Also interesting to compare scenarios of where the cards are and where the cubs are. Because I see them as very different. Seems like you just wanted him interviewed. I say that would have only been for show.
And if not interviewing a candidate is the biggest gripe on epstoyer in a couple years then I call that a success.
I have no problem with it. Kept me from putting an April game of a 68 win team under a microscope and bitching about the managerial style of a childhood icon.
