Its about to start.

Two great, undefeated boxers fighting for Crawford's world title. The challenger, Gamboa, is a former gold medalist, multiple division world champion and is the underdog. He was at one time supposed to be the next great pound for pound fighter, but inactivity and outside the ring issues derailed that. Should be a great one...

Gamboa won at least 3 of the first 4 rounds, if not all of them. Then he got knocked down and hurt pretty badly in the 5th. It's been really entertaining since then.

Crawford killing the body. Really seems like it has slowed Gamboa down

Sometimes I wonder if Roy Jones knows what he is saying sometimes. To be fair, I actually do like him on HBO

The size difference is killing gamboa. He is lunging in to hit Crawford and is getting caught coming in now.

He was doing that in the first 4 rounds too and it took Crawford all if those rounds to get his timing down. He is taking over the fight now, though.

I've never seen Gamboa look so flustered.

ETA Holy shite! He looks totally on TILT now.

WOW! What a fight!

Gamboa has been a favorite of mine for a while now. I'm sad to see him lose. He's the most exciting fighter in boxing when he's on. I think he's fighting a class or two above his optimal weight.

Crawford showed a lot tonight. Really impressed. Both guys showed incredible heart.

Gamboa just too wild, never kept his hands up. Almost look like a brawler

Oh yeah. You could argue that two weight classes less than where he fought tonight is his best weight.

Great fight though. And Crawford started rolling after the slow start. Like I said, it took him a few rounds to get Gamboas timing down but, once he got it, he took over. Impressive performance!

That was a great, great fight. Omaha was rocking!!!!!!! Since the CWS sucks now at least there will be more Crawford fights to look forward to for the people of that city.

Mikey Garcia, you missed your shot. Keep fighting your promoter and more fighters like Crawford will continue taking those opportunities from you.

Crawford was just too big for gamboa and once he realized gamboa couldn't hurt him, he started to establish himself.

Crawford was impressive but gamboa has nothing to be ashamed of. He showed a ton of heart
