They have Georgia projected to the sugar bowl even after they lose to Bama and we win out? Ummm

Georgia isn't going unless they beat Bama. No CCG loser (in any conference) that wsn't undefeated and #1 going in has ever played in a BCS Bowl.

Every game outside of that rose bowl looks legit.

Notre Dame is going to the Rose, the Sugar will take an SEC team for its replacement.

I really wish we could go to the rose bowl. Or even the fiesta bowl. The sugar is nice but it would be fun to not do the same thing every time we make a BCS game.

I don't get why the Rose Bowl doesn't just pass on Nebraska.

Only if there are no eligible Pac12 teams to replace Oregon. I understand why you would say that given the allure of Notre Dame, but if the Rose Bowl fricks over the Pac 12 after the Pac12 as stood stead fast with the Rose bowl and B1G in the way of a playoff, I think the Pac 12 would tell them to get fricked next go round.

Define eligible. They're not picking 2-loss #18 ranked Oregon State over Notre Dame.

If Oregon goes to the Natty it would mean they beat OSU and won the Pac-12.

I would expect ND vs. Nebraska in the Rose.

Whatever the at large BCS requirements are. last i remember was top 14 or 16, something like that. 18 would not be elgible in which case I'd expect them to take ND, unless the Sugar Bowl does it first gambling that no one else will take an at large SEC team.

The bowl selection can take any eligible team they want. Meaning if UF, UGA, and LSUare all available, they can take LSU even if the others are ranked higher? Not saying they would, but they can take who they think would travel the best and such...correct?

That's correct. There are certain eligibilty requirements/rankings which I don't feel like looking up, but from that pool they can take any team as long as 2 other teams from that conference are not already in.
