Not beat up but I'd hope being 6'3" 258 lbs of decent shape body, that I could get her on the ground after a bull rush and choke her out then go for a knock out punch to the head. Wouldn't want to get into all the technique fighting. She'd frick me up then with all those twisting techniques. So to answer the question, in an organized fight that's what I would do. In a street fight I would beat the dog shite out of her and Rousey.

I'm 6'3 245 and an ex-football player. While I am not the norm for "average guy", I still completely believe a guy of your size could easily handle either one.
