What's everyone's thoughts on this game? I think it comes down to Clemson's OL v Notre Dame's DL. If we can survive that and not give up any special teams blunders I think we win. Fuller is a stud, but our secondary is loaded, and their receivers outside of him don't scare me. If we still had Mike Williams I think we could win by double digits, but without him we have struggled to find the vertical passing game. Hope we can change that this week.

One thing for sure, Death Valley will be fvcking rocking come Saturday night !

Idk if this requires a separate thread, but do people still think Dabo sucks? I was a full believer in him being a clown who would ruin us, but Idk how anyone can deny what he's ended up building. Couple numbers to support my claim:

-Since 2009, he is 5-2 against Top 10 teams when ranked lower than them. Only Ohio State is better in that span.

-Since 2013, Clemson is 21-1 when favored, only Michigan St and FSU are better.

-Since 2012, Clemson is 31-2 when favored, only FSU is better.

-Since 2009, Clemson has finished the season at or better than their preseason ranking every year (2014 +1, 2013 +0, 2012 +8, 2011 +4, 2010 +0, 2009 +2), no other team can say that.

Is he starting to earn some clout? Yes I know he sucks at dancing and is kind of a goon, but whatever.

I was way wrong on that. No need to deny it. Pretty sure most have made false predictions though .

I think Clemson wins this one by 10. As long as they don't treat this one like their Super Bowl, they have a chance at running the table in the ACC. Florida State just doesn't have it from where I sit... which is at a desk... nowhere near the sports world... so wtf do I know?

I'm still stunned at that game. I always thought yal would be our toughest game, but (like I said) I always thought GT would wax yal. I expected them to be a bit of a machine this year and have watched BVG's defenses struggle against Navy's triple option so it seemed like a no-brainer.

Yal played exceptional, and on top of that GT just isn't the same squad this year (not taking anything away from yal). They have no OL and no playmakers outside of Thomas. He's basically going Andrew Luck out there and trying to do it all by himself.

What're ND's WRs like outside of Fuller? Are the TEs any good? Our safeties are exceptional and we have one elite CB in Alexander. Can we lock him on Fuller and bracket with a safety to his side or do yal have other weapons who can make us pay?

For us, without Williams we really have struggled at WRs. Our WRs are elite as hell, but without him it's a bunch of East-West scat guys and no one to stretch vertically. We have a 5 star freshman that we're hoping to take the bubble wrap off for this game. He got some crunchtime snaps against Louisville so I think they're gaining confidence in him. If he can replace some of that vertical element the offense should start to return to what we expected.

Go Clem"p"son!

They are the Arizona State of the ACC. Hopefully they can do to ND what ASU did last year.

Well coming into the season Corey Robinson (David Robinsons son) was ranked higher than Fuller on most draft boards - So hes pretty good. Chris Brown is fast, but fragile. Tori Hunter Jr is also solid

The starting TE is injured.

Regardless, the offensive line is the strong suit so ND is going to try to run on you.

NDs secondary is the biggest weakness, so yall need to exploit that.

The thoughts that come to my mind are about the two bowl games we crapped the bed against those two teams.

ND has been a great road team in big games under Kelly. Vegas seems to agree that ND is the better team.

I really dislike both teams but I hope Clemson wins.

The Notre Dame media shite will be absolutely horrible if they win.

If they beat Clemson, the will have to shite the bed to lose 2 games. They'll be a playoff lock with 1 loss and some conference champs will get fricked.
