how did Illinois get so shitty. Juice was decent in his earlier years, and they got Benn. I guess the real Zook took over.

Ron dont you know only failities that are too big for the fan base they serve are nice. I like how people who never been to places make comments about facilities.

True, had a chance to spend time seeing them, and they provide excellent support for the athletes.

nippert is actually extremely fricking cool the way it is built right into the campus. they can expand up if they want, and it would be pretty intimidating

Ok, Cincy has awesome facilities. Nice and small for those recruits. Nippert stadium is a fantastic venue as well for those big recruits. Id love to play in front of 30k. Come on, ive seen Cincy's football facilities....they STINK!

Rick Minter should get some credit for Brian Kelly's success though. He took Cincy to bowl games and atually allowed them to beome a fringe name on some recruits list.

Truth. It's the best small stadium I've ever been to

And they sell beer there, or at least they did as recently as 3 years ago

Nippert is older than fricking shite, and is falling apart. The campus is absolutely beautiful, but the sports facilities take away from it. That's a fricking fact.

can something not be nice even if its small

i live in louisville, and top to bottom, id put louisvilles athletic facilities all around up against ANY SCHOOL in the nation, and i bet louisville would win in a contest if there were eon

The point here is that you if you cant sell a coach like Kelly to stay because of facilities....that means you have shitty facilities. Plus, i dont make the rules for recruting.

Agree! they built an athletic complex in a very small area. The athletic building is state of the art with the achedemic, medical, coaches offices, and training rooms all in one building right next to the stadium.
