By and large the MLB network is fantastic and nearly all of the personalities on there are good aside from reynolds. But this NY loud mouth idiot Russo really brings nothing. The constant screaming about insignificant crap is unlistenable. He needs to go. Far better options out there.

He's a legend in an incredibly large media market. He's not going anywhere.

This reminds me...I was watching the other day and Sean Casey made his prediction on who would be in the World Series. He said Red Sox vs Astros...and no one picked up on it.

Honestly sometimes I forget that the Astros are now in the AL as well.

Russo doesn't bother me, I know what I'm getting with him. I watch him more for his guest.

The show on MLB that I just cannot watch or stand a second of is Intentional Talk. Rose and Millar just make me want to puke. JMO.

I honestly don't think I could pick a more annoying voice for a tv/radio personality to have

He screams way louder than Stephen A Smith

Other than his loud and unnecessary screaming, I don't really mind Chris Russo.

Russo is also an absolute moron when it comes to Brady and Deflategate. On Boston radio once, he actually said he had no intention of reading any court documents or any reports because, quote "It's not my job to read it."

I love the mad dog because he's so obtuse and ackward, but he had no idea what he ews talking about on that particular subject.

Chris Russo is a baseball encyclopedia. I get that the screaming and all that and how someone can find it annoying. I didn't like him at first until I started watching him during the week.

I enjoy his show I just learned how not to let the screaming annoy me.

and that former D Back guy is especially annoying. He wasn't even an above average player. At least Mitch Williams is gone. Why do networks hire annoying mid level guys for their "expert" analysis? Dallas Braden at ESPN also fits this example. 26-36 career record and looks like a clown.

They hired him because he looks like a clown.

Being an all-time great doesn't necessarily make you a great analyst. Emmitt Smith is a testament to that.

I don't mind the Mad Dog. For me he's like Al Pacino, he's so over the top he entertains me because of it.

But I could see how it would annoy some.
