well, they just lost another game by 35 again, so maybe it really isn't that different?

The Denver Oline played like absolute shite. Now whether that was because Seattle's Dline was that much better or Denver just wasn't prepared and out coached I don't know. Manning didn't play awful but he didn't play great either. Seattle just took it to them and imposed their will on them and Denver had no answer for it. Jmo

They got a first down on their 2nd offensive possession, not counting the botched snap....

The problem with our society today is that everything has to have a definitive answer. Either Peyton has to be greater than Jesus christ himself, or the biggest choker in the entire universe. Why cant we just be honest and say he played an average game in the Super Bowl, and is definitely top 5 but impossible to say who is number 1 due to different generations. Deep down everyone knows that is true, but for some reason people today hate to have any grey area.

I think it has more to do with a team that was one sided. The Broncos defense rarely had to carry this team this year. Also, Seattle physically took it to the Broncos wideouts and tailbacks. The only team I remember doing that was the Pats on SNF.

Manning looked shell shocked out of the gate. This game sort of reminded me of LSU's offense against UA in the BCSNG

I blame Wes Welker. He's 0-3 now.

Choke job. Fox choked on it too, relying on his "coach on the field." It didn't look like they even game planned on offense.

Tebow would have fired the guys up. HUGE mistake for Denver.

EDIT: Felt the need to point out the sarcasm here. Since I am Gator fan, I think most would have thought I was being serious.

I've always thought Manning was a bad offensive coordinator in the playoffs (and we know he's calling the plays). He's scoring a bajillion points running the offense in the regular season and then he always goes into this conservative dink and dunk mode in the playoffs.

They had huge injuries on D in the playoffs that hurt them greatly. PM still one of the best ever to play the position. Any one who says different is stupid

i don't know. I really thought the 25th five yard crossing pattern was gonna work out well for them.

Seattle came to play. Denver did not. By definition, that's a choke.

Seattle definitely did a good job of fighting through the "natural" picks the Broncos like to run so much.
