What do you make of the comments by Theo that he basically has a "tight budget" to work with? Like I said, I was really hoping for Ross / Kimbrel but if the budget is that tight then that's probably not a realistic option.

I don't know how I'd feel about that. But Carrasco is a good pitcher and he's only 28.

Carasco was good last year, but has been erratic this year. I think he would do better in the NL, though.

Still kind of disappointing considering the other names we were involved with. It's a very low impact trade for us (2 minor league players) and he is a free agent after this year. I guess everyone else wanted too much.
