I agree with that.

Also, looking back over the game it was just one of those games. Bryant was robbed by Cabrera of a HR early on, then Melky threw him out on a close play at 2B late in the game. The 3-R HR Frazier hit off Arrieta was a curve that wasn't really hung, but it was in the lower half of the plate and over the middle.

The Cubs have to get back to that relentless offensive approach that won them so many games early on...working counts, taking walks, getting into the bullpens early.

Jason Heyward, tho.

I haven't seen a roster move for Chapman yet. Should I assume he won't be with the club tonight?

Jeez the offense looks bad. And they have to face Sale, King Felix and Jose Fernandez in the next week.

Shields has them so off balance. Frustrating to watch all of these foul outs.

Am I dreaming or does Hendricks always get the shaft in the run support department?

You're not dreaming. That's why he's 9-6 with one of the best eras in baseball. Lackey's been getting hosed lately also

No energy at all tonight. Maybe it's just game 99 of 162 of a long baseball season, but I would think they'd have been a little better with a sold out crowd in a pretty raucous atmosphere.

We'll see if they show up at home the rest of the week.

At your convenience, please adjust the thread title. It should read "Cubs 0 White Sox 3 Final."
