The Cubs (44-19) and the Nats (40-25) square off in a rubber game this afternoon from D.C. After avoiding him the first time around, the Cubs will finally face Stephen Strasburg (10-0, 3.03), who has pitched very well this season. Ditto for Jason Hammel (7-2, 2.36). Go Cubs Go.

Hopefully we can light Strasburg up. Chances aren't great, but he's due for one bad game

Never like to lose a series, but I'll take a 5-2 record against the Nats for the season.

Let's hope that "give up 2 in the 1st" Hammel doesn't show up today. It's been awhile.

Do teams normally run on Montero like this? He hasn't been close on any of these throws.

Dude fired one into centerfield at Wrigley and the runner wasn't even running

Montero has not looked too good so far this year.

I think the game is only tied because the Cubs are TOOTBLAN'ing everywhere.

Wow, huge gidp right there. Rivero's been scuffling and had to get that. He gives up a run here and he's probably optioned.

Biggest play of the game so far. That and Heywards TOOTBLAN.
