Rogers Centre website says the video boards that are on the OF wall are 10 feet in height. Don't feel like looking to see if they cover the whole wall, though.

Just a guess but I doubt that it is either 10 or 12 feet- look at the numbers on the left. The foul pole is 100 meters from home plate, the outfield fence could be measured in meters as well.
