I don't think that Carolina will regress as much as people expect them too. I also don't think the Saints and Falcons have improved as much as people believe

How is Melvin White doing/what does the average Panther fan think of him? I'm a Cajun fan so I'm genuinely curious. I've heard the secondary is weak so I guess he's not doing that good. But he made a few plays last year.

Guys give him a break, he's technically right. The Falcons will be complete shite this season. Where did they improve on defense?

Also, Vegas thinks the Saints will win over 12 games. Those guys know football better than anyone in this thread. They'll be favorites in everyone but 2-3 games.

You go from confident to very questionable.

Not sure if troll or serious

Yeah I don't like the Panthers offense at all this year. If Cam dares lose a step because of that surgery than that offense will absolutely suck.

Having Kelvin Benjamin to throw to should finally give them a little more help at receiver.

Do they still have Lafell? If so, they might have a semi-decent WR unit sooner rather than later.

Lafell went to the Patriots, and he's probably not even going to make the team.

Fairly confident

Sure, we lost all the WR that were worth a shite (and that wasn't much). I'm sure I'll get laughed off the board, but the veteran receivers coming in aren't THAT bad. Cotchery had more TDs last year than all of ours last year combined.

Excited to see what Benjamin can do.

If the front 7 can keep the score low, I think we can definitely compete for the division.

Tampa won't be a joke this year either.

Atlanta though

Ha, well he was the #2 WR for the Panthers and that should tell you a lot about the quality of their receivers not named Steve Smith the last few years.

So what? Old man played when he wanted to or someone was talking shite to him. Still bringing in a receiver that had a better season than him.

You are correct. Was an awesome receiver.

He has supporting WR years left in him. He's 35. He's not a WR1 anymore.

Come on man.

They're loaded down with Brees's contract just like the Panthers are struggling against the salary cap due to the Hurney contract and have been unable to make significant roster upgrades

And yet we still managed to sign a Pro Bowl Safety. And resign arguably the best pass catching TE in football. And Brees contract is tailor-made to restructure next year, when conveniently the salary cap will increase, and free up more money to pursue FAs.

But to answer your OP, your offense is going to be tough to watch. The line must hold up to give a very young receiving corps time to find openings for Cam, who is not exactly the most accurate passer. Cam is going to have to have some poise this year to be successful, if he starts pouting, yall are in for a long season.

Defensively, teams should have problems running on you guys. But, the secondary is questionable, and Roman Harper is your starting safety. Roman Harper. Teams with talented offensive lines that can weather the pass rush are going to pick them apart.

oh yes it's that time of year again

Kelvin Benjamin OROY

Kuechly continues to piss saints fans off to no end

Cam slips out of bounds and draws more 15 yard late hit penalties

I just imagine this is what saints fans looked like watching Cam winning the division last year
