You should have edited with some needed explanation about the PAC12 divisional alignment.

DO you realize how much it would frick up OOC scheduling if OOC games were used to determine conference champs? You would never get big games like LSU/Oregon because teams would be scared of losing and hurting their conference championship chances. All the shitty Sun Belt and WAC teams wouldnt want to go be a rent a win somewhere because it would hurt their chances to win their conference. It would be shite.
