And that's fair. I wouldn't have acted the way he did, but who really gives a shite.

I'm tired of the whole "the NFL football field is sacred ground" and "if you don't act the way 'we' want you to (talking about a bunch of stuck up media douchebags), then we will make sure you won't get in on the first ballot even if you are the a top 3 WR in the history of the NFL".

My kid used to cry, pout and storm off every time she lost.

Then she got to Kindergarten.

All Cam needs to do it look at how Russell Wilson and Richard Sherman handled things last year. I would have been insanely butthurt losing the game like that, but the Seahawks were pretty classy, all in all.

Cam went and shook Peyton's hand and we have no issues at all.

I want to say that with all the Manning/NOLA storylines that were circling that week, there was definitely a sense of "not wanting to detract from New Orleans in the Super Bowl, especially them winning it" from the Mannings. I never really held that against Peyton because it was really nutty really quickly after the clock ran out.

I can't speak for Peyton Manning (Some people say he walked off the field after the Saints won the SB w/o speaking to anyone). But I've definitely seen Tom Brady become a shell of himself when the Patriots lose or are getting bad calls.

Surprised no one has jumped on this yet:

As for not diving on the fumble, Cam says he would've had to contort his his leg in a certain angle to do so. ...thereby risking injury

I'm no fan of Peyton Manning. He ran from fumbles in big games (adroitly pointing them out) and gets a little surly at times.

But, this isn't about that. This is about what happened on Sunday. And Cam isn't 20 years old anymore - he's a grown arse man. If his behavior is beyond question merely because he's black, I didn't get that memo.

I've never seen so many people make excuses for an a-hole without it involving Imodium and toilet paper.

Peyton has done his fair share of sulking. Cam is just more extravagant about it.
