The i series is for a little better player, but the G and K series are considered "super game improvement" irons. The G15's are pretty easy to hit. Are they fool proof? No, but neither are the Adams hybrid sets. I've had both. I love Adams hybrids, but hated the short irons. I've also hit Burner 2.0's, and they didn't fit my eye or I was just having a bad day or something, because I looked like a fricking noob that day.
Ultimately, he just needs find some time to get a bunch of different 7 or 8 irons and just go to town and find what he likes.

yeah my fathers day gift is a set of the trx hybrids. gigagolf is much better quality then normal clones though. much better materials. i was going to get one taylor made 2.0 hybrid but i can get a 3,5,&6 for pretty much the same price and they trx pearl is the exact same thing, down to the color plus its custom fit.

The first is Cobra Amp, next is Taylormade Burner 2.0, Ping g20. You can tell just by knowing what the brand name looks like.

not that I know of as they really arent exact clones. i know the trx is just like the taylormade 2.0. maybe some of the other guys can help with that.
I know they buy the higher end materials to use. I was skeptical until i swung my buddies. he is pretty damn good and he kept pushing them, but until i swung them i was skeptical. not anymore.

haha frick no, i suck at golf just enjoyed the trx irons and the guy shouldnt spend so much on something he might not like. I wouoldnt be a very good rep, people would watch me play and automatically assume every club sucks.

i havent played any of their clubs but i know golf digest recommends Hirekogolf.com a lot. just another site to keep in mind.
