Gonzaga inbound strategy: Throw it up in the air. Hope for the best.

Damn Stevens knew they got lucky. He didn't celebrate a second. He just turned and walked over to Few with his arms crossed. Saban like.

shite that was an awesome game. Was a bit disappointed that it looked like it was gonna come down to a foul and a travel.

If Coach K or Roy Williams retire in the next few years, you can bet Duke or UNC would throw stupid money at Brad Stevens.

I noticed that too but it was out before the red light on the other end.

No doubt. Stevens is the man.

How did no one else here react to that Gonzaga player getting caught in Butler's dogpile?

Fact. He's up there with the best in the game. I honestly don't think he'd leave Butler though. Seems like he's extremely grateful for the opportunity they gave him and he'll stick with them even though the big schools can pay more.

Yeah Stevens is now making mad money at Butler, and owes them an incredible debt of gratitude. The guy was an unpaid grad assistant video coordinator with no coaching experience prior his hiring.

Like I said before, Butler slows the game down so much in their halfcourt sets. Gonzaga averages over eighty a game and Butler held them to 63.
