"Early on Friday, TMZ reported that a construction worker unearthed the knife “several years ago,” when Simpson’s house was demolished. The worker gave the knife to a now-retired traffic officer who was across the street working security for a movie shoot. He took the knife home, keeping it for years before turning it over to law enforcement."

Of course Double Jeopardy will come into play. Even if it didn't they would never, ever be able to get it into evidence.

Plus years being underground and passed around as a damn trophy for a few years diminishes it's ability to be used as evidence even if double jeopardy didn't exist

And you base this on what... OJ is a very smart man... from all reports he was actually another lawyer at his defense table..... Bt there is NO WAY he should have ben found not guilty... The prosecuters totally botched the case.... I sill think someone else was in on it and may have ben there that night......

Actually I followed the trial pretty closely and I thought he would get off.... There is NO DOUBT he did it or knows who did, But the case was a total farce.... One of the key factors IMO was that he was denied Bail... If he had been out on bail and had to show up everyday while being out of prison he would have done something to screw up enough that even the shitty prosecutors could have won the case...........

They were not going to allow him to have Bail for a double murder case and he was a flight risk.
