He has rushed the ball 135 times for 1387 yards, (10.3 yards per attempt), and 11 TDs

He has gained almost 300 more yards on the ground than anyone else so far this year.

Last night was his worst game of the year as far as rushing yards go. He “only” gained 147 yards on 17 carries, (8.7 YPC), and 2 TDs

Nyheim Hines for Heisman.

First P5 player to have a 60+ yard TD run and punt return in the same game since Maurice Jones Drew.

Plus you can say Hinesman

Sam Darnold for Heisman. Because USC and that's all that matters.

I can’t disagree.

It’s crazy that’s Stanford isn’t missing Christian McCaffery one bit...

That dude hasn’t had a single game where he has had a YPC average better than Scott’s season average. That is how good Love has been this year

If Stanford keeps winning, he'll start to get more media attention. That loss to SDSU really hurt him.

They should creat a "Gage" award for rushing receivers.

I've not watched this kid play, but his stats jump off table. Has to be a/the front runner.

Thinking long term: I see he's a touch small... can he catch and they don't throw it to him? Or can he not catch?

Sure would hope Stanford can work to develop his receiving skills so that he can be impactful in the NFL.

well he isn't exactly working with the same level of o-line at Hawaii and is basically the only thing you need to plan to stop on their offense.

that's why I gave him an honorable mention

Everyone needs to watch out for Khalil Tate, QB for Arizona. He has 557 yards rushing in the last two games........on 29 carries. He has also gone 21-26 passing for 302. That is 859 yards on 55 plays. He was a backup until last week. I think he has 643 total rushing on 39 carries.

This may be a year where Back C wins the Doak Walker award while Back B wins the Heisman.
