He has been odd this season. First bitching about the team not spending enough money, then this just weird trade.

What's odd about a dude with more miles on his body than any NBA player ever at 32 years old not wanting to lead the regular season in minutes???

One of the ESPN sluts (Shelbourne) was passively aggressively endorsing it.

Lebron really is a terrible owner. First trading Wiggins for Love now this. And why the hell does this site keep autocorrecting Lebron to Hebron?

He's not the owner, or the GM. It's not his fault that Gilbert and the front office have no spine to stand up to him.

You think MJ didn't try to pull strings with the Bulls? Every star does it. You're not supposed to let him make all of the moves. Everyone in the world knew giving Tristan Thompson that contract was a horrible move. But they did it because they have no backbone. Lebron was never going to leave over Tristan Thompson.

Tristan Thompson is a huge part of why Cleveland can beat the Warriors.

The only reason you wouldn't do the swap is the fact Love is four years younger; however, they obviously need to go all in until Lebron starts breaking down.

Melissa for Love...that would be the death of Cavs! Melo brings nothing to the table! No defense, no rebounding, just scoring. But Love tonight has 35 points and about 13 rebounds. Yet, another double double.

The bigger deal is Lebron and Melo could trade off running the offense and give Lebron more time to rest on the bench. Lebron could slide down to PF and easily increase rebounding.

I also remember everyone talking shite about Love's defense; yet, now the Cavs would be losing a geat defensive player.

Looking at the new NBA and contracts being given out, is it really THAT terrible?

Also, he was a key piece in the Finals against the Warriors. I'm not saying he's an absolute difference maker, but in a game 7 that is tied in the final minute, I think it's fair to say they may not win that series without him.

LeBron doesn't want the deal people.

It's out there that he don't want to play with Melo. So acting like he's banging the pots for Mello is probably a side show. LeBron gets to blame management when the can't get Mello. Which gets to the point, LeBron needs to shut up and play.

If the Cavs wouldn't have moved Wiggins.

Dumbest move ever. Perfect compliment to LeBron as for as resting and scoring so LJ doesn't have to play 32 min a game.

3 team trade.

Melo to Cleveland
Love to Boston
The Brooklyn 1st to Knicks

Everyone gets what they want. Bron gets his friend, love is the star Boston has been looking for, Knicks rebuild.

So not moving an marginally above average player, who may be good player in the future, was the dumbest move ever, despite his glaring flaws, redundant (with LeBron) skills, and the developmental lag that would have likely increased with limited minutes?
