This. If Britt had been yelling and screaming and throwing a fit, I would buy the argument that she was just "blacking out".
As calm as she was, I would tend to think that this is her real personality and she was in IDGAF mode, even when she found out there was a camera.

It is called Predatory Towing or as the law says "non-consensual towing." In Baton Rouge it is Riverside Towing and they are as low as whale sh it on the bottom of the ocean. I thought Ms Brit's tantrum was pretty shitty because it was that "do you know who I am" crap. These businesses however make you so mad you will say and do almost anything.
I had to deal with them once when my daughters car was towed. When we went to claim the car I witnessed almost the same tirade over and over from each victim. She was calm by the standards I have seen. That is why they have armed guards at the claim yard. And the towing company's response to this is "if you don't settle down we will just keep your car a few more days and you will owe us more money."
Riverside Towing yanked my 19 yr old daughter's car from an apartment complex at 1 AM in the morning on River Road in Baton Rouge. The parking lot was half empty and she was only picking up someone and therefore did not park in a Visitor spot. The person she as looking for has already left and was not there. She was not there for ten minutes. Riverside picked her car and left a 19 yr old girl standing in a parking lot at 1AM with no money, no purse, and just keys in her hands. If I would have had a baseball bat I would have beat them senseless.
Now, lets be clear, the law is on their side but they have no morals at all.

Not really mad at her but don't feel sorry for her if she gets axed. The girl told her she was being recorded. At some point, you have to realize this person is just doing a job. She had no authority to let her slide on the charges. She should be fired for stupidity.
