Normally I'd agree that when a person pulls what she did that she sucks.
HOWEVER, tow companies are the fricking worst. Through personal experience and seeing what they've done to friends I have zero sympathy for when a person drops a load of shite on them for acting like the scum they so very often are.

Yep.
Obviously I don't know anything about the woman being berated on the video, but if she's anything like the troll at Riverside Towing then I don't really feel an outrage towards Britt.
