Bobby Knight keeps being Bobby Knight

How does this go over in today's social climate? I don't think much will be made of it because, one, it's Bobby Knight and he's been doing this kind of stuff his entire career, and, two, he's talking about a bunch of old white guys.

Coach Knight has done more for and given more back to people than you will ever do.
I find it stupid people like you think of him one way but none of his players ever say anything bad, especially the ones that stayed the whole time for him. I like Coach and was good to me the times I was around him.

Bobby Knight is a piece of shite human being.

Bobby Knight is a bitch. LSU had a better record with John Brady than Indiana had during the same time period. Knight had a great run when our dads had the remote, but he's been greatly overrated.

Ignorance is bliss. He fundamentally changed the game of basketball back in the 60's and 70's. He modernized and perfected the motion offense. But yeah he's overrated.

Right. If Knight was a POS why don't you go research the things he has given back to IU and Tech.
Then try to find the things he has done for former players to earn their degrees or needed help after college. You may not like Knight, which is fine, but to call him POS and other things is just absurd.
I would have never hesitated sending my son to play for Knight.

I used to think highly of Bobby Knight, but seeing someone that defends Joe Paterno so fiercely also defend Bobby Knight has now changed my opinion on him.
