Both.
And yes, the shade of a black person's skin tone is discussed by other black people. You can be too dark aka "From Africa" or too light.
I have no idea if Wilbon was alluding to this, but clearing that up to those of you who have never talked to a black person before.

Because he is the only star who flops.
I think he got way too much attention early in his career from the dunking and it made other players resent him. And the passive aggressive stare he does after everything just invites you to hate him on the court.

Yea, the black on black racism dates back a long long time. Without getting into too much detail, the color of skin was pretty much an indication of where they "worked". lighter skinned meant you were indoors and treated more fairly, while dark skin represented the field workers.
