One of the networks taking on the NBA needs to back the brinks truck up to secure the “inside the nba” crew. If we lose them the nba has nothing.

Honestly TNT doesn’t really need the rights to keep that show humming, as long as they can still get access to the highlights. But I think that’s the biggest thing
Barkley also automatically becomes a free agent if they lose the rights so I have no doubt atleast most of that crew would get pulled to ESPN or nbc in short order

That is such wishful thinking. If the NBA leaves TNT, the show is also dead.

Nobody is tuning into TNT to see Chuck, Shaq, Kenny, and EJ if there are no longer games on.They are there for the pregame, halftime, and postgame show. If there is no game there is no show.

I don't really care if TNT goes away.
I maybeee might miss Barkley. Maybe. The rest of them are a bunch of clowns.
During the regular season I only watch the Nuggets on Bally Sports and maybe a few games here and there on ESPN (which have terrible hosts anyways and always will).
I never watch sports for the talking heads. Most of them don't know their head from their arse anyways.
I can always come here to this board for shitty (yet amusing) analysis. That's all I need really.
