fire that staff. They deserve to be coaching middle school.

I actually don't blame Jones. That was on the players.

It is Jones' job to make sure his team can hit free throws. How does every other school do it?

You gotta hit free throws. He can't go out and shoot them for them.

Was this a surprise? They blew huge leads to Auburn twice this season. They shouldn't have made the tournament after those choke jobs

Agreed. They were exactly where they needed to be. Nothing coaching can do at that point .

If this is the biggest in history then LSU has no history (actually I wouldn't put it in the top 10)

They missed their last 18 combined shots and free throws.

0-12 FG
0-6 FT

So fricking terrible

Was Steve Fisher fired after Chris Webber took that extra time out?

LSU vs Kentucky basketball
LSu vs Alabama football (pick a moment)
LSU vs Arkansas football (pick a moment)
LSU vs Iowa football
Hell I could come up with 10 just in football
This was a 9 vs 8 and no one expected LSU to advance far (hell many didn't think LSU should be in The tourney)

I don't think you know what a chokejob is.

Hint: It doesn't involve losing the entire game, and then losing at the end.

Perfect end to the type of season they had.
I don't think Jones is a great coach but shooting that bad at the end of the game is on the players.

The biggest choke in LSU basketball history is Indiana in 1987 and this one isn't even in the same galaxy.

So there's your answer.

Yeah if you take context into account I'm with ya. But if you were to evaluate all games with equal meaning, this has to be up there
