No Deondre Francois?
I think he sucks. But he should probably be on the list because of how much NFL teams value QBs.

When you say "Clemson fans" you mean that one Clemson poster that trolls y'all all day long right?

Lamar Jackson went from Heisman winner to 43rd best player in college football.

He did all his damage in the first 4-5 games and then nothing much after that. But he built up such huge numbers early on that it was hard for anyone to compete. He's a very average QB that can be explosive if you let him.

And the fact that Mark Walton's name wasn't mentioned makes the list questionable.

Game 6 vs Duke
181 pass yds 1 TD
144 rush yds 1 TD

Game 7 vs NC State
355 pass yds 3 TD's
76 yds rush 1 TD

Game 8 at Virginia
361 pass yds 4 TD's
88 rush yds

Game 9 at Boston College
231 pass yds 4 TD's
185 rush yds 3 TD's

Game 10 vs Wake Forest
145 pass yds 1 TD
153 rush yds

Game 11 at Houston
211 pass yds 1 TD
33 rush yds

Game 12 vs Kentucky
281 pass yds 2 TD's
171 rush yds 2 TD's

Game 13 vs LSU
153 pass yds
33 rush yds

The UK game he did throw 3 picks. The LSU game was a collapse. The Offensive line did not help him much. Overall, to say he did nothing after 5 games is wrong. Granted the competition wasn't the greatest

I really feel like John Battle is going to fly up the board. Kid is so talented hes just been sitting behind Adams. He's going to have a huge year for us.

Pretty weak list IMO.

Even just from a Clemson perspective, Hyatt and Cain above Ferrell? And that's before we even mention the fact that Dexter Lawrence is already being talked about as a top 5 pick when he comes out and he's not even on the list.

Their top 10 is decent, but after that it gets pretty bad. I'd also need to have Barkley or Guise (whichever you prefer) in my top 10. Each are elite RB prospects.

Fitz is the man but 4 might be a bit high for him.

Minkah Fitzpatrick
66 tackles
6 interceptions
7 passes defended
1 forced fumble
2 touchdowns

Jamal Adams
76 tackles
1 interception
4 passes defended
1 forced fumble
1 fumble recovery

I compare to Adams because he has similar measurables and played in the same league. Fitz has already bested him in interceptions and passes defended in 1 less season and has more versatility than Adams having played outside corner and nickel before. You can put him anywhere in the secondary which frees up roster spots.

I think a lot of people in this thread are missing the context of this list. It's a post-2017 draft article talking about an early look at the potential top guys for the 2018 draft. Dexter Lawrence won't even be eligible for the 2018 draft so why would he be on this list? Before you criticize a list you should probably try to understand what the list actually is.

Are you really looking at stats and comparing a corner and a safety?

I saw sophomores so thought it was an inclusive list of all the best prospects regardless of class. Are all those sophomores listed redshirts who are eligible?

If so, all good.
