People need to realize that the Warriors posted the 6th best record in a season in NBA history at 67-15 in a competitive and difficult Western conference. So to answer the question, yes. The Warriors are certainly for real and they are one of the best teams in NBA history. They will win the championship; it is just only a matter of time.

The west hasn't been this bad in 20 years. Extremely weak.....except for GS.

who gives a frick how easy the Cavs road to the finals is/was? They have the best player on the planet (by a large margin) and will likely defeat Golden State in what should be a solid series.

Hopefully then you guys will stop beating that drum saying Lebron sucks and has it easy in the East.

Warriors dominate the rockets: wow the warriors are so fricking good

It's hilarious, and they only say it because LeBron is in the East.

For whatever reason, they love to tear down the guy. He's already one of the best ever and will be the best ever by the time he retires and it makes some of the vaginas on here too upset to acknowledge.

First, of course the Cavs have a chance to beat GS. Anyone who thinks it's gonna be a blowout doesn't watch the NBA

Everyone knew the Hawks were counterfeit

They were obviously not the best team in the east.

clips, grizz, and spurs would have great shots to make the conference finals for sure.

The only way they maybe wouldn't is if they played the Cavs before the conference finals.

The West is way down this year but mainly because of injuries. But these are the worst conference finals combined I've ever seen.

meh, all the great players work the officials to get calls, LBJ is no different. He's a tough dude also, you can't forget that.

His crying goes beyond working the refs... Watch him play.. Anytime he is touched or rambles into the lane and theres no whistle his hands go flailing.... he is a superstar...BUT,He does go overboard with his crying..................

The way people are piling on the Warriors here, it's setting up for a huge letdown.

I think it's far from a foregone conclusion that they win the NBA championship. Finals are a different animal, and it's going to be vs Lebron who will be able to claim underdog status. It'll be interesting to see but I think Warriors are in for a dogfight.

Besides the Spurs/Clippers series, and about a 15 minute stretch in the Clippers/Rockets series, it's been terrible. Worst playoffs in a long, long time.

The Warriors comeback against the Pels was cool, but the Pels had no shot of winning that series, so it didn't have the same feel to it for me.

@JalenRose: Prior to this season, 14 teams had 78 wins thru 95 games played(reg season/playoffs). Each won the title. Warriors now have 78. #wcf

There is a reason they are big favorites. Throw in the fact that Kyrie is on one leg and Love is out.

Also Steph has been better than LeBron so far in these playoffs.
