Capt Lucks last tweet. 40 min ago...

Luck is bright enough to do a lot of other things. Kudos to him for stepping down with his health and moving on. He took a beating in the NFL.

Yup, 29 and beat to shite. Anybody railing on him for putting it away to enjoy life with his wife and any possible future kids is an arse. At his rate, he’d be a cripple by 35. Chronic pain in old age sucks as is. Chronic pain as a still young adult would be hell.

If he's hurting that bad then kudos for stepping away before it gets worse.

Yeah I also believe that all pro football players should be forced to play until they’re paralyzed or killed on the field and if they don’t then they’re pussies and liberal commie pinkos

Woah. Im hella late on this thread but I haven't been on the internet or Espn all weekend. This is some crazy news. He had such high potential but i guess injuries got the best of him.

Part of me thinks that he has an Achilles injury bad enough to IR him for the year and all of a larger ploy. Putting him on IR brings up questions all year and lowers his trade value.

By retiring, it allows him to rehab without being IR'D. No one questions his trade value. Indy tanks for Tua, luck 'wants to come back' next year and gets traded
