What about Prince Fielder? He was hurt almost all last year and he's playing really really well this year. I would give him some consideration, but A-Rod will probably win it this year.

Prince Fielder is having a better season, only had 150 abs last year, and is coming off a serious injury. I think we can at least say its close.

Arod has been out of baseball for over a year. He is like 39 and the best hitter on a very good team.

Is Fielder having the better season? I think they are pretty equal.

meh, hasn't done much to impress me this year. Just because you comeback, doesn't mean you automatically get the award. I feel like it's kind of a glorified participation award anyway. I doubt the players care much about it.
