In your link they are bracketed 1 through 16. This is the bracket and its the same way they have been doing it. It is the top 64 players that want to play.

Yea, they updated the link about a half hour after I posted it initially. At first it was a bunch of random pairings, so I thought they were doing it randomly this year.
