I don't like the hurry-up crap, but Kaepernick under his tutelage is at least worth keeping him around for one more year.
As long as Baalke is in control of personnel/black players I'm okay with him. Hopefully he learned some lessons from Philly. Curious why they went for another pain in the arse personally after Harbaugh.

I know we've joked about the autism/Asperger's stuff on here, but they chose the one guy that is even more socially awkward than Harbaugh. I hope it works out because I hate the whole retread good old boys club.

Don't see that happening, his contract isn't bad short term. Next year's cap hit is $15 million (over $7 million is dead money) If you cut him you only save $8 million, but can you get a better QB for under $8 mil?
